Heidi East McGowan, Principal, Healthy Business Systems & Associates: Heidi works with for-profit and nonprofit organizations, helping them develop and implement organizational models to allow them to be more productive with existing staff and to scale more easily over time. Heidi also builds training programs focusing on the recruitment and advancement of women in leadership. In addition, she serves as the Executive Director of the Oregon Commission on Childcare, which advises the Governor and legislature on policy recommendations. Heidi holds a Masters in Public Health from Oregon State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
