William I. Campbell Joins Auctionpay Board

PORTLAND, Oregon (September 17, 2008) – Auctionpay, a privately held company that delivers powerful fundraising solutions and credit card payment processing to the nonprofit market nationwide, today announced the appointment of William I. Campbell to its Board of Directors.

William Campbell is a Senior Advisor for JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was previously Chairman of Chase Card Services. Mr. Campbell also serves as President of Sanoch Management, a consulting and investment firm.

Prior to Chase, Mr. Campbell was Chairman of Bank One Card Services and Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Global Consumer Business. From 2005 to 2007 he served as Chairman of Visa International, leading the organization to its IPO in 2008, the largest in U.S. history.

Before joining Citicorp in 1995, Mr. Campbell spent 28 years at Philip Morris, including five years as Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris USA. He is an avid supporter of the arts, serving as Vice Chairman of the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and is also a member of the executive committee of The Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation and a member of the Canadian Advisory Board to the Woodrow Wilson Institute.
