One Greater Giving Event Consultant will attend one fundraising event and provide the following services at your designated event:
Our experienced consultant will:
- Arrive at your event 2 hours prior to event registration
- Set up and test Auctionpay terminals or card readers
- Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay terminals
- Train volunteers/staff on Greater Giving Event Software for use at the event
- Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
- Stay through event check-out
Plus Service
One Greater Giving Event Consultant will offer pre-event consultation, attend one fundraising event and provide the following services at your designated event:
Our experienced consultant will:
- Offer pre-event consultation up to 30 days prior to your event
- Provide an additional 4 hours of event consulting upon request
- Arrive at your event up to 8 hours prior to event for logistics review
- Set up registration area at event
- Perform event software check prior to event
- Set up and test Auctionpay terminals or card readers prior to event
- Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay terminals or card readers
- Train volunteers/staff on Greater Giving Event Software for use at the event
- Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
- Stay through event check-out
