Greater Giving Event Services

With Greater Giving's Event Services program, your organization can utilize the experience and skills of our event consultants to make your next event a success. Our client services team will work with you to determine your organization's specific needs and define how we can best help you maximize your event’s potential.

Our experienced consultant will:

• Arrive at your event 2 hours prior to event registration
• Set up and test Auctionpay terminals or card readers
• Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay terminals
• Train volunteers/staff on Greater Giving Event Software for use at the event
• Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
• Stay through event check-out

Our experienced consultant will:

• Offer pre-event consultation up to 30 days prior to your event
• Provide an additional 4 hours of event consulting upon request
• Arrive at your event up to 8 hours prior to event for logistics review
• Set up registration area at event
• Perform event software check prior to event
• Set up and test Auctionpay terminals or card readers prior to event
• Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay terminals or card readers
• Train volunteers/staff on Greater Giving Event Software for use at the event
• Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
• Stay through event check-out
