How many pages do I get?
Any organization can have up to 10 active pages built using Online Payments up and running at any one time. An "active page" refers to pages public and processing transactions the term refers to "inactive".
Do the pages interact with Greater Giving Event Software Online?
Attendee names, details of their guests, and meal choices are just an example of a few of the areas that are directly imported into Event Software Online from Online Payments.
Other than registering ticket sales, what do nonprofits use this tool for?
School tuition payments, online campaign donation pages and golf events are some of the other uses. The Online Payments tool is so flexible that it’s been used for thousands of different event types across the country.
Can you build the pages for me?
The Online Payments portal provides users the option to build or edit their own pages; however if you would like Greater Giving's support team to build the pages for you it can be arranged for an additional fee.
How long does it take to build a page?
A brand new user can create a customized page and have it up and running the same day.

What is a Virtual Terminal and how do I use it?
A Virtual Terminal is an online credit card processing page for your organization’s internal use. The Virtual Terminal is used for year-round credit card transactions that can be processed online by you and your staff. To use the Virtual Terminal, simply go to the Virtual Terminal link; enter the donor and transaction amount to process the transaction. The link to your organization’s live Virtual Terminal link is included in the initial testing email we send to you. All transaction details processed using the Virtual Terminal will be reflected in online reports and will be included in weekly deposit statements.
