Marketing Partners
This partner category requires a higher level of programmatic involvement than the Friends of Greater Giving category and is designed to provide organizations with a variety of Greater Giving activities in which to participate.
Partner Requirements
- Partner to provide a reciprocating link on their web site including Greater Giving logo, link and description (to be approved by the Relationship Marketing Manager)
- If partnered with other software or payment processing companies, partner must provide equal exposure to Greater Giving products
- Partner to distribute Greater Giving materials as appropriate
- Partner to maintain ongoing relationship with both Greater Giving's Marketing department and the Area Marketing Manager for their region
Partner Activities
Partners must participate in three or more activities annually, including:
- Provide content for articles, newsletter, best practices collateral and resource documentation to be used in Greater Giving marketing efforts
- Present at seminars on behalf of or in partnership with Greater Giving
- Promote seminars in which they participate with Greater Giving on their Web site
- Use Greater Giving Online Payments for seminar registration
- Participate with Greater Giving at tradeshows or industry appearances (as invited)
- Serve as a speaker for Greater Giving as opportunities arise
- Keep Greater Giving updated on appearances and speaking opportunities in which Greater Giving can participate
- Feature Greater Giving in articles, best practices documents and content
- Promote Greater Giving solutions as appropriate
- Joint marketing events (to be defined by jointly by Greater Giving and Marketing Partner)
Benefits for Marketing Partners
- Marketing Partners will receive a listing on Greater Giving's Web site, including a 50-word description, logo and link
- Marketing Partners are eligible for a client referral fee of up to $150. Referrals are valid for organizations that become clients and are not currently in Greater Giving's active contact database (Marketing Partners can forgo receiving referral fees and instead offer the fees to client as a built-in discount)
- Marketing Partners will be able to use Greater Giving Event Software, Auctionpay, and Greater Giving Online Payments with setup and hosting fees waived when participating in an Greater Giving seminar or for Greater Giving training and education of their staff or clients (specifically not to be used for their clients’ fundraising activities)
- Marketing Partners will receive targeted partner communications
- Marketing Partners will receive a product demonstration with the Greater Giving Area Marketing Manager for their territory and additional training as needed with an Greater Giving Sales Engineer

- Preview of The Funding Edge (Greater Giving's quarterly newsletter)
- Quarterly webinar/teleconference with update of Greater Giving products, services and developments
- Preview of Greater Giving news, product and service launches via email
