Syncing event management software with the Auctionpay Master terminal

Greater Giving Event Software along with partner event management software companies, have created a method for electronically transferring data between an Auctionpay Master terminal and event management software. The process for transferring data, which is called "syncing," eliminates time consuming data entry in three simple sync steps performed during and after the event.

This module will walk through the process of connecting the Auctionpay Master terminal to the event computer, and testing the sync with the event management software. At the conclusion of this module, a series of questions will be asked regarding the sync process.

Upon completion of this module, participants will know how to:

  1. Connect the Auctionpay Master terminal to the event computer.
  2. Correctly perform Sync 1 between the Auctionpay Master terminal and the event management software.
  3. Perform the manual Sync 1 process.
