Voids
Sometimes, when registering a credit card for a guest, you may make a mistake or need to remove a guest's bidder number from Auctionpay. Or, a guest may change their mind about which credit card they want to use. When this happens, follow these instructions to Void the bidder record and begin again:

From the Main screen, select [TOOLS] >> [VOIDS].

Enter the Bidder # when prompted.
|

The system will then require confirmation that you wish to void this Bidder #.
|

Press [YES] if you want to void the Bidder # you entered, or [NO] to cancel.
|
 |
You may now re-enter the correct Bidder # with the correct credit card.
