Receipts
The Auctionpay system is designed to print receipts after all transactions, even Voids. The merchant receipt is always your organization's receipt and includes a signature line for the guest to sign. The second receipt should be given to the guest. The merchant receipt should always be signed by the guest and should be retained by your organization for one full year. Merchant receipts should be kept in an envelope or cashbox at Registration and should be treated like cash since most of the receipts will have the guest's full credit card number on them.
