Online bidding is a fully integrated feature of Greater Giving’s online software.
To access the mobile functionality and begin developing your event you simply need to log in. By now, Greater Giving should have provided you with an administrator login, which you can use to create new users. If you do not have a password, please contact Greater Giving Support.

The Online Help & Training area was created to assist you with your questions regarding Greater Giving Online Bidding.
To help you better prepare for your event, we suggest watching the On-Demand Training prior to attending the live, hosted training. To watch training on demand, log in to your Event Software Online Edition account and click on Watch Greater Giving Online Training Videos in the Online Help section.
We also offer a live, hosted version of the training session. Register here at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to attend this training. This is an excellent overview training session for new clients, newly appointed event directors and volunteer staff.
