How many pages do I get?

Organizations can have up to 10 active pages at any one time. An 'active page' refers to pages that are accessible to the public.

Do pages built using Online Payments interact with Event Software Online?

Yes. Web pages built using Online Payments can interact with Event Software Online if you include that specification in the page-building process.

How do nonprofits use Online Payments?

In addition to event registration, Online Payments can be used for single and recurring donations, capital or annual fund donations, special appeals, accepting procured items, and taking volunteer information.

Can you build the pages for me?

The Online Payments portal provides users with the option to build or edit their own pages. Clients who prefer that Greater Giving's support team build their pages can obtain those services for an additional, per-page fee.

What is a Virtual Terminal and how do I use it?

A Virtual Terminal is an online credit card processing page for your organization’s internal use. The Virtual Terminal is used for year-round credit card transactions that can be processed online by you and your staff. To use the Virtual Terminal, simply go to the Virtual Terminal link; enter the donor and transaction amount to process the transaction. The link to your organization’s live Virtual Terminal link is included in the initial testing email we send to you. All transaction details processed using the Virtual Terminal will be reflected in online reports and will be included in weekly deposit statements.
