Greater Giving Event Software is delivered on two platforms—Event Software Online, used for planning and managing a fundraising event, and Event Software PC, used for night-of-event operations and post-event reconciliation.
Event Software Online is a secure, Web-based application that users can access from any Internet connection. Staff and volunteers can enter donor, sponsor, volunteer, and business contact data and manage your event planning and execution from anywhere at any time, so you fully leverage precious time and resources.
Event Software PC is Microsoft® Windows®-based and used from a single or networked PC. Event Software PC is mission-critical for event night success and post-event reconciliation—enabling staff and volunteers to deliver a speedy, pleasant guest experience at registration and checkout, and quickly process guest payments after the event.
In a survey conducted with over 2,000 Event Software users, we asked how many work hours the software saved them when performing vital event management tasks. They told us that when using Greater Giving products to accomplish just 17 event management tasks, each organization saved an average of 165 hours!
