Event Software Online is a secure, Web-based application that users can access from any Internet connection. Staff and volunteers can enter data and manage your event planning and execution from anywhere at any time, so you fully leverage precious time and resources.
Event Software PC is Microsoft® Windows®-based and allows you to manage all your event details from a single PC or a network. Event Software PC is mission-critical for event night success and post-event reconciliation—enabling staff and volunteers to deliver a speedy, pleasant guest experience at registration and checkout, and quickly process guest payments after the event.

Special Note for MacIntosh Users
Greater Giving Event Software PC is validated and supported to work with PC Windows environments. We do not recommend using Windows-based software that runs on a MacIntosh in conjunction with Greater Giving solutions as some of our clients have experienced issues with such a configuration.
If you are a MacIntosh user, you can successfully use Greater Giving Event Software Online for all of your pre-event data management, including data entry, guest and item reporting, table assignments and post-event wrap up. Greater Giving Event Software Online is fully supported on MacIntosh OS X with Safari 3.x or Firefox 2.x Internet browsers.

Yes. Greater Giving is compliant with all PCI standards and receives regular security audits.
How does the tool work in conjunction with a donor management software package?
Greater Giving's Event Software does include a bridge feature at no additional cost, linking your event data with your donor management software data. The most common types are eTapestry, Kintera, Raisers Edge and Exceed.
Can you provide event night support?
Phone support is available the day of your event for urgent questions. You may also want to consider securing the services of our Professional Event Services team if you require more hands-on support.
