Professional Event Consulting and Support

Each service option consists of one experienced Greater Giving Event Consultant that will engage in one fundraising event.

Basic Service

  • Arrive at your event 2 hours prior to event registration
  • Set up and test Auctionpay terminals or card readers
  • Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay terminals
  • Train volunteers/staff on Greater Giving Event Software for use at the event
  • Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
  • Stay through event check-out 

Plus Service

  • Offer pre-event consultation up to 30 days prior to your event
  • Provide an additional 4 hours of event consulting upon request
  • Arrive at your event up to 8 hours prior to event for logistics review
  • Set up registration area at event
  • Perform event software check prior to event
  • Set up and test Auctionpay terminals or card readers prior to event
  • Train volunteers/staff on Auctionpay terminals or card readers
  • Train volunteers/staff on Greater Giving Event Software for use at the event
  • Perform Sync 1 between terminals and event software at event
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot throughout the event
  • Stay through event check-out

Virtual Service

  • Provide event support virtually up to 3 hours during Live Event
  • Assist with Data Entry as needed during Live Event
  • Act as a central point of contact for online bidding questions, troubleshooting, and training
  • Verify Display Board settings for Auction and Giving Boards prior to Live Event
  • Manage bids during Live event for live auction, silent auction, and donations for Online Bidding
  • Send text messages as needed or requested during Live Event
  • Provide technical support for Greater Giving Event Software and Greater Giving Online Bidding
