In addition to the phone, live chat, and email support available to all Greater Giving clients, our Premier Clients have access to 1:1 video meetings and email support with a Premier Accounts Manager, at no extra cost.

How do I schedule a meeting?
Please refer to the email you received from your Premier Accounts Manager to access their Calendly links. You can also request a meeting by emailing [email protected]. Please put your Greater Giving client name in the subject line.All Greater Giving clients are certified 501c(3) or 501c(6) nonprofit organizations and process credit card transactions through Greater Giving for tickets, sponsorships, donations, and auction items. All clients receive industry best Client Services technical and account support at no extra cost, but our largest accounts often need a more robust, tailored level of support and strategic guidance to help plan and execute complex, high revenue fundraising projects.
We designate clients as Premier based on a combination of criteria, including but not limited to: national/federated/multi-chapter organizational status, annual card processing, number of events per year, and multi-day events.
In short, anything you want to that is connected to using Greater Giving for your fundraising projects.
