• Are related in any way to gambling and/or gaming activities, including but not limited to payment or the acceptance of payments for wagers, gambling debts or gambling winnings, regardless of the location or type of gambling activity (including online and offline casinos, sports wagering and office pools), with the exception of payments for gaming transactions that are expressly authorized by law in the jurisdiction of both the sender and the recipient of the payment.
• Infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other property rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
• Violate any law, statute, ordinance, contract or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing financial services, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination, or false advertising)
• Are defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
• Are obscene or contain child pornography.
• Knowingly contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or other personal information.
• Create liability for Greater Giving or cause Greater Giving to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Greater Giving's Internet Service Providers or other suppliers.
• Involve the preparation and/or distribution of "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or the like.
• Would encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws or regulations.
• Involve the unauthorized entry to any machine accessible via the Services.
• Are for another organization other than the Client.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.

Greater Giving has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Greater Giving reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Greater Giving reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Greater Giving reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Greater Giving's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Greater Giving does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Greater Giving specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Although Greater Giving will make reasonable effort to minimize such downtime, Greater Giving does not guarantee 100% availability of its products and services. SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THUS THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE TO YOU.

SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND THUS THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE TO YOU.
