With Go Time Check-Out, your volunteers will be able to quickly make updates to records—helping to get your guests on their way as you send your supporters out the door with a printed receipt or email receipt reflecting all their purchases.
Staff and volunteers can quickly access guest information from Go Time with only a bidder number or first or last name.
Sales entered for guests throughout the event will be consolidated into one receipt at checkout for easy review.
Receipts can be emailed or printed for individual guests as they checkout and you have an option to send all receipts as a batch after you have reconciled.
Checkout can be managed through desktop computers, laptops and tablets through a hard-wired or WiFi internet connection.
