Overview
Reporting can be a powerful metric for success. With Go Time you can view how many guests have checked in and monitor event sales as they are entered. You'll know exactly who showed up and how much is being raised while the event is happening.
Features
Integrated
The Event Stats section of Go Time provides a graphical snapshot of event attendance, sales and payments through Greater Giving Event Software.
Financial Reporting
View total sales grouped by package type, including admissions, donations, auction and sponsorships. Also, find rolled-up reporting on total of all sales vs. total all payments.
Attendance Reporting
View guests who have checked-in and those that haven’t—sorted by name or table assignment.
Immediate
Event Stats are pulled directly from Greater Giving Event Software—a simple refresh button provides up-to-the-second results.
